Refund Policy

1How billing works#

Insider Stock Trader subscriptions (yearly, monthly or weekly) are sold only through the App Store in the iPhone and iPad app and through Google Play in the Android app. The store shows you the price, including any taxes, before you confirm, and charges your Apple or Google Play account. We never see or store your card details, and there are no other fees.

A subscription renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel it. The store sends you a receipt for every charge.

2Refunds for App Store purchases#

Apple handles all refunds for purchases made in the App Store. We cannot refund App Store charges ourselves and cannot see or change Apple's decision.

  1. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with your Apple Account.
  2. Choose Request a refund, pick the reason, and select the Insider Stock Trader charge.
  3. Apple reviews the request and tells you the result, usually within a few days.

3Refunds for Google Play purchases#

Google Play handles refunds for purchases made in Google Play, under its refund policies.

  1. Open Google Play's refund page and follow the steps to request a refund, or go to play.google.com/store/account/orderhistory and choose Request a refund next to the charge.
  2. Google reviews the request and tells you the result.
  3. If Google Play tells you to contact the developer, write to us at contact@callisto.ventures from the email address of your account, with the order number from your Google Play receipt (it starts with GPA). We review each request fairly and reply within 5 business days. Any refund we approve is paid by Google Play to your original payment method.

4Cancelling#

You can cancel at any time in the store you subscribed in. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for, and that period is not refunded unless the store grants a refund.

To avoid the next charge, cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Deleting your account or uninstalling the app does not cancel a subscription.

5Your legal rights#

This policy does not affect any rights you have under mandatory consumer protection law, including any right to withdraw from a purchase or to a remedy if the Service is not as described. Where such a right applies to a store purchase, you use it through the store.
