Plain English

Each trade in one sentence: who, how much, at what price, and what they hold afterwards, linked to the original filing on SEC.gov.

Signal strength

A simple score for open-market buys: the insider's role, the size of the buy, the change in their stake, and whether other insiders are buying too.

Alerts that matter

CEO and CFO buys, cluster buys, large buys and your watchlist, with quiet hours and a daily digest.

How it works

  1. An insider trades. Officers, directors and 10% owners must report trades in their own company's stock on SEC Form 4, usually within two business days.
  2. SEC publishes the filing. We check EDGAR about every minute while it's open and read each new Form 4 in full.
  3. You see what matters. The trade appears in your feed in plain English, scored and filtered, and you get an alert if it matches your settings.
